Dawley joined The Education Partnership in 2024 as the Volunteer Coordinator. There, she manages 3,000 volunteers yearly, having them assist with TEP’s three programs: the Teacher Resource Center, STEAM Hub, and Adopt-A-School Program. She also aims to convert volunteers to donors, working with corporate volunteers to maximize their volunteer hours into grants and coming up with new ideas to encourage volunteers to donate.
